Jamie Scott, Director of Northwestern Equipment Ltd, has over 25 years of industry experience and holds a vast knowledge within the construction, oil and farming industries. Jamie’s extreme passion with equipment started from a young age and has helped with growth strategies throughout the business and has set the precedent of growing a successful longstanding local company.

Situated at 38 Te Maire Street, Mt Maunganui, we are part of the fabric in the community and employ a range of experienced staff to assist with any project, small or large.

Over many years Northwestern Equipment has primarily focused on achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction, excellent service with the provision of high quality equipment and has made Northwestern Equipment a hire company that all contractors want to utilise for any project.

We pride ourselves on providing well maintained equipment that exceeds all safety standards ranging from the latest 3D GPS capabilities, anti-burst valves, safety handrails, double activating quick hitches plus much more.

Our team have a combination of over 70 years experience in providing top of the line equipment and service. We offer all our clients 24 hour access to our service mechanics if equipment requires attention on site (on our equipment or yours) we will make it right.

Our expertly trained technicians have a full-service machine shop to work from, ensuring that we can repair hydraulics, engine, electrical, engineering and track components on site effectively and efficiently. Our experienced service mechanics are available to our customer 24 hours, 7 days a week.
